Objectives
1. Define the continuum of capacity building approaches within the HIV/AIDS sector, and identify those that have been most successful in improving services and program management.
2. Share challenges faced in building capacity to respond to HIV/AIDS, and steps taken to overcome those challenges.
3. Build consensus around the future direction of capacity building for HIV/AIDS, identify approaches to scale-up, and develop advocacy plans to forward this vision.
