Position Summary

Pact is currently seeking consultants to serve as long- or short-term specialists for our programs in Eurasia. Specialists cover the range of platform areas in which Pact and our partner organizations focus our work. These include democracy and governance, HIV/AIDs, natural resource management, livelihoods, and peace building.

Pact is interested in candidates with advanced degrees and at least 10 years of experience working on international projects in Eurasia and those that are funded by the Asia Development Bank (ADB), European donors, the United Nations (UN), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Bank, and other donors.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Russian. Individuals who are U.S. or non-U.S. citizens may apply.
