Pact is seeking a Human Resources professional to lead the human resources of a high performing, rapidly growing, people-centered global development organization with offices in 26 countries in Africa and Asia. The successful candidate will be a leader who is a high-energy and value-driven HR activist; have creative vision for attracting, developing and retaining staff; is an institution builder with strong team building, negotiation and interpersonal communications skills. The Director will provide strategic direction for continued improvement in processes and systems for personnel management; will develop and oversee Pact’s core HR areas of global human development, competitive staff benefits, staff security and regulatory compliance; will develop and implement HR policies and initiatives in support of Pact’s strategic objectives of technical, managerial, and administrative excellence in a compliant, safe work environment that reflects Pact’s culture and values; will supervise and guide headquarters HR professionals with the goal of being pro-active, effective and responsive to the professional growth and development of Pact employees.
