The Christian Health Association of Liberia (CHAL) establishes new VCT centers, and home-based care and OVC care programs. To build the capacity of those providing HIV care and treatment, CHAL trains healthcare workers in clinical diagnosis, patient management, patient referral, counseling, and stigma and discrimination reduction. Organizational partners and stakeholders receive training and support in the areas of management, service delivery, technical assistance, resource mobilization, procurement, and monitoring and evaluation.
