FOSREF's program focuses on scaling up its existing programming in VCT, PLHIV activities, support groups and youth based programming to include positive prevention strategies. Activities under the project include: promotion of positive prevention among PLHIV, increasing access to comprehensive HIV/AIDS care, increasing support to PLHIV and their families, reduction of stigma and discrimination against PLHIV.
