FPAK focuses on HIV/AIDS infected and affected youth by providing technical support and increasing the capacity of existing youth Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) centers in seven locations throughout Kenya. FPAK is working to improve care and support facilities for young people and to provide greater outreach to young people accessing VCT services. The capacity building efforts by FPAK also include linkages to community leaders and volunteers.
