JHPIEGO's Community REACH program is a three-year project targeting 10,000 youth in metropolitan Accra. Networking within the community to increase VCT services and referrals, the Project has identified and trained female youth peer VCT counselors and is using dramas performed by young adult peers to create interest in VCT services. In addition JHPIEGO is part of the local effort to develop national VCT counseling guidelines and protocols.
