LCI provides oversight and management of the projects in the countries through the established LCI local infrastructure. The goal of this project is to strengthen the infrastructural capacity of Lott Carey partners to expand current HIV/AIDS activities in their countries according to the Lott Carey model, provide for sustainable capacity, and create replicable models that can be globally shared.
