RIP+ implements its own small grant program, awarding grants to organizations to provide care and support services to PLHIV throughout the country. Each of these grantees receives training and participate in regular workshops. RIP+ also carries out a media initiative which includes making its website a more useful resource to PLHIV and the general public, working with a network of journalists to encourage ongoing media involvement, and broadcasting advertisements and talk shows, all focusing on prevention and the reduction of stigma and discrimination.
