Endangered Parks Program: Financial Sustainability Workshops for Local Partners

This project was part of a larger Nature Conservative contract with the USAID. Pact had been asked to strengthen the financial capacity of local partners, Fundación Antisana, Fundación Ecociencia and Fundación Rumicocha to ensure the long-term sustainability of the conservation efforts undertaken by these organizations. Pact conducted a series of organizational development workshops that helped each organization identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop short, medium and long-term strategies to ensure sustainability of the organization to continue their work in conservation.
