Global Programs

Pact manages two large global Leader with Associate Awards grants—Civil Society Strengthening and Community REACH. These grants, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), provide a mechanism that enables USAID country missions to use a precompeted team of implementors to respond to democracy and governance and HIV/AIDS program needs. Under the Community REACH program, local and international organizations also have an opportunity to bid on requests for proposals that address specific HIV/AIDS interventions.

Pact is a member of several USAID-funded Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs). An IQC provides USAID missions with an opportunity, within stated limits, to purchase supplies and/or services during a fixed period. Quantity limits may be stated as number of units or as dollar values.

Our other global programs include The Impact Alliance and WORTH. The Impact Alliance is a global partnership for capacity development that seeks to inspire, inform, and improve practice and performance within organizations leading to poverty reduction and the alleviation of suffering. The WORTH program provides poor women an opportunity to become bankers, businesswomen and catalysts for social change in their communities.
