Leadership development

To bring about the level of transformation needed in and between organizations, Pact CBSG's executive leadership program attempts to develop the skills, attitudes and political will among executive leaders to envision and embrace organizational learning, inter-organizational collaboration and change. It addresses the profound disconnect between leadership and formal authority that persists among many people and seeks to generate awareness of non-hierarchical ways of thinking about and developing leadership.
