3. To expand and strengthen the Malawian civil society response to HIV/AIDS by providing capacity building to local, regional, national, and international organizations to increase their capacity to provide and sustain HIV/AIDS and related health services.

Pact provided and facilitated access to technical and logistical assistance to support design and implementation of quality HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support programs by our subgrantees. Additionally Pact provided technical support to subgrantees on organizational development to foster sustainability, as well as on monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to ensure high standards of data reliability, timeliness, and integrity.
