Please click here to download) RFA Posting Date: 28 July 2008 Due Date: 19 September 2008 Pact Namibia is pleased to announce the release of its Request for Applications (RFA). Under RFA 264-RFA-08-01: Protection Services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Pact Namibia would like to solicit applications for funding cooperative agreements with eligible Namibian partners and/or consortia to strengthen the follow-up protection services for victims of violence in Namibia, with a particular focus on orphans and vulnerable children. The awards will be administered by Pact Namibia with funding from USAID.
This RFA provides prospective and eligible recipients with a fair opportunity to submit applications. The RFA describes the program objectives, explains the technical areas of focus, eligibility and qualifications of organizations applying, criteria for evaluating applications and provides information on funding, application format and other relevant information. Applications will be accepted no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Friday, September 19, 2008 as per the RFA.
