Technical Assistance to Government of Malawi Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM)

Pact has been instrumental in working with the Ministry of Finance in setting up an independent secretariat for the Malawian CCM. The role of the secretariat is to provide the managerial support to the CCM which has an oversight role and coordinates all Global Fund financed programs in the country to ensure effective program implementation and performance of the grants.
