Pact's Capacity Building Services Group (CBSG) provides opportunities for learning the most up-to-date information, tools and approaches in use in the world today using innovative and effective ways of teaching to enable the development community to more effectively tackle some of the biggest challenges facing us and to provide a forum for enlightened dialogue.

Focused on innovation and critical thinking, partnership, and commitment to learning, connectivity and institution building, Pact's training approach is based on the recognition that a critical mass of "champions" within our development community is likely to bring about change in the traditional and habitual ways of doing things that may have outlived their usefulness.

Customized Training Offerings — We provide customized training of trainers courses in all of our core methodologies including, but not limited to, Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and the Local Governance Barometer (LGB).

Additionally, our highly experienced team is well equipped to provide customized training to meet the need of any organization seeking to build the capacity of themselves or others.
