Suzanne Huang Rexing
Vice President for Opportunity Development and Communications
In her position as Vice President for Opportunity Development and Communications, Suzanne Rexing is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of Pact's new business opportunities, as well as managing Pact's external presence. She leads Pact's efforts on developing and monitoring budget investments, and further enhancing business opportunities for the Pact Institute.
Ms. Rexing's 25 year career is the result of a conscientious decision to combine health related field research experience, financial acumen, with practical experience in securing new business revenue. She has been a forerunner in setting institutional vision, and pairing it with new structure, while nurturing organizational culture.
Her work has included developing and implementing strategic business plans, ranging in size of $2 to $100 million in annual business volume, securing more than 300 new business opportunities, and developing both domestic and international health related new business. Government clients have included Japan, Australia, and several European governments, and domestically, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Transportation, and the United States Agency for International Development, among other commercial and private foundations.
Ms. Rexing has also offered professional services for a variety of clients in the following areas: Strategic Planning, Business Development and Acquisition, Proposal Management, Proposal Production, Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Advocacy, Technical, Contractual, Human Resource and Financial Program Management. She has also been a professional trainer in new business development for more than 15 years, conducting both paid and pro bono services throughout the United States and overseas.
