LINKAGES ITOCA and action planning facilitator's guide

LINKAGES Integrated Technical Organizational Capacity Assessment (ITOCA) and Action Planning: Facilitator’s Guide is designed to train LINKAGES’ teams to implement integrated technical capacity assessment. The guide covers 14 ITOCA capacity areas and is designed to be a participatory self-assessment resulting in an institutional strengthening plan. LINKAGES is PEPFAR's and USAID's first global project dedicated to key populations and their sexual partners.
