Customer Survey: 100% of Respondents Satisfied With Doing Business With Pact in Belarus

Customer Survey: 100% of Respondents Satisfied With Doing Business With Pact in Belarus

Pact releases the results of the third consecutive survey among stakeholders of its civil society project in Belarus. The survey was conducted in February 2017 among stakeholders who were directly involved in Pact's Belarus program throughout 2016. The response rate was 32%.

Survey respondents are most familiar with Pact staff (94%) and least familiar with future plans (78%). All respondents are satisfied, to one or another degree, with their engagement with Pact and would recommend others to do business with Pact.

The purpose of the annual survey is to assess the level of customers’ satisfaction in respect to Pact development assistance in Belarusian and collect feedback regarding the improvement of Pact operations.
