This project is increasing civic engagement of informed Belarusian citizens in order to contribute to positive social change at the local and national levels. Pact supports civil society organizations and less institutionalized initiatives to engage citizens in positive civic action to improve the quality of life at the community level. Pact also works with independent think tanks and policy groups to increase citizens' trust, understanding and consumption of objective information.
