Chantelle Hulett
Technical Capacity Strengthening Advisor
Chantelle Hulett has 13 years in the development sector including education, HIV prevention, economic strengthening, protection services (GBV prevention, birth and ID registration), HIV care and treatment and capacity building. Chantelle began her career working in under-resourced schools teaching and providing skills building and mentorship to teachers to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes. On her arrival at Pact, she supported OVC programs in Eswatini to provide education support to vulnerable children and adolescents, including provision of education block grants and launching after school study programs. She went on to work under USAID’s OVC/DREAMS program Umliba Loya Embili in Eswatini. Under the Pact-led Insika Ya Kusasa project, she took on the role of DREAMS technical lead, providing strategic leadership for DREAMS implementation under 22 Tinkhundla/constituencies. Today, Chantelle acts the Technical Capacity Strengthening Advisor to local primes as part of USAID’s localization efforts in Eswatini.
