Christian Bowman

Christian Bowman brings more than 25 years of experience in the international development sector, leading the human resources function for complex for-profit and nonprofit organizations funded by USAID, the U.S. State Department, and private foundations. Before Pact, he served as Vice President of Talent and Culture at Freedom House. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Human Resources at Chemonics and held senior HR leadership roles at FHI 360, Creative Associates, RTI International, AED, and the International Rescue Committee. Christian holds an MPA with a concentration in international NGO management from NYU’s Wagner School and a BA from California State University, Chico. He is Senior Human Resources Professional certified and is a former Peace Corps Volunteer in Ghana.
