McLane Harrington
As an Innovation Officer at Pact, McLane provides technical expertise, facilitation and coordination for Pact’s Innovation efforts. She supports the development of lasting infrastructure and capacity for embedding innovation, participatory facilitation and human-centered design into Pact’s programming and the organization at large.
McLane holds a master’s degree in international development and human security from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Driven by positive thinking about creative solutions and humanitarian empathy, she is dedicated to exploring issues facing global communities through both systems-level and local perspectives. McLane brings experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, project management for USAID programming, qualitative research and communication. At Pact, McLane specializes in participatory, community-centered design (specifically human-centered design) as well as training design and facilitation.
