
Nicole Miller
Nicole has more than 20 years of experience working in public health and development programs, including 15 years overseas in international development. Nicole holds a master’s degree in Public Health and has spent the last eight years as Country Director of Pact Eswatini and as Chief of Party for multiple USAID-funded programs. She leads a diverse team of health, social science, clinical, strategic information and finance professionals. Nicole has expertise in program design and management, program evaluation, donor relations and evidenced-based programming. Her technical expertise includes health, child welfare, economic strengthening, HIV programming, sexual reproductive health, early childhood development, gender based violence, case management and capacity development.
