Senior Coordinator, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Smart Power Myanmar
Thet Nwe currently serves as the Senior Coordinator for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for the Smart Power Myanmar project. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role from over a decade of experience in the sector.
Throughout her career, she has worked on a wide range of projects, including community health initiatives, livelihoods projects, mine-to-market programs, small grants for CSOs and LNGOs and renewable energy projects. Her work has involved collaboration with numerous prominent partners, such as USAID, Chevron, Coca-Cola, Shell, Ooredoo, Rockefeller Foundation and GEAPP demonstrating her flexibility and adeptness in meeting diverse funding requirements.
Her expertise lies in developing comprehensive MEL plans, including indicator protocols and learning plans. She is also a data visualization expert, having created numerous dashboards using Power BI for effective program management. Additionally, she excels in creating user-interactive map applications and dashboards utilizing ArcGIS Online. Thet Nwe holds an MSc (Engineering Physics) and a Diploma in Computer Science (DCSc) from Yangon University.
