Capacity development
This handbook, builds off the previous modules. It begins by translating the results of the network analysis (phase 2) into a co-created, demand-driven network strengthening plan. Once a capacity strengthening plan is finalized with objectives nd milestones for priority capacity areas of focus, practitioners can select from a list of approaches, presented in successive chapters, that are most appropriate to achieve the desired outcomes reflected in the jointly created strengthening plan.
