Webinar: Measuring organizational performance with Pact's Kaylynn Palaio

The Carnegie Mellon Maturity Index helps organizations gauge the overall state of their processes. Josh Berson (2012) has adapted this model for use gauging the overall maturity of learning organizations. A WECC task force (2019) produced a human performance maturity model. These models help organizations place themselves withing a continuum of organizational maturity. This webinar will detail a methodology for understanding, tracking, and measuring the performance of nonprofit organizations–the Organizational Performance Index (OPI). The webinar will provide the theoretical framework underpinning the tool, details of the tool and its application, as well as a case study illustrating the use of results for organizational growth.
During this webinar, Palaio will:
