Future Search for Belarusian Civil Society

Future Search for Belarusian Civil Society

This report has been prepared based on the Future Search for Belarusian Civil Society workshop, organized by Pact on September 16-18, 2019 in Vilnius, Lithuania, under the USAID/BRAMA Activity. Earlier, Pact organized Future Search workshops in  2006,  2011 and  2015 to better understand development trends, changes in Belarusian operational context and perceptions of civil society leaders. The Future Search format has been traditionally used by Pact to support the process of strategic planning and to inform and inspire the strategy with diverse voices of the Belarusian civil society. Future Search reports have been published to offer food for thought to local civil society groups and international development organizations working on Belarus.
