Community health promotion in Kayin State, Myanmar

Pact's Advancing Community Empowerment (ACE) project has provided a grant to Burma Medical Association to support health services in 40 schools in Kayin State, Myanmar. The association will deliver health screenings in the schools, train teachers and medics from local clinics, and distribute hygiene kits in hard-to-reach areas.

This is one of several Responsive Health, Education and Livelihoods Services grants being disbursed under the USAID-funded project. While this funding window has now closed, additional opportunities will be announced in the coming months. Learn more here.
