Our core values: respect, integrity and inclusion

Pact's three core values are respect, integrity and inclusion. We believe it is essential that each of our staff members applies these values not only internally but also externally when working with donors, partners and the communities we serve. In this video, we showcase a series of voices from a range of our staff and projects in Myanmar, focusing on what these values mean to them and their work at Pact. Staff have captured this via their smartphones from their homes and duty stations, where they continue to serve communities where feasible through adapted activities in line with Covid-19 health and safety guidelines.
