Esther Ndyetabura

Esther Ndyetabura has nearly a decade of experience in HIV/AIDS and community-based development programs in the fields of early childhood development (ECD), child protection (CP), youth livelihoods, gender, parenting and research. Within Pact Tanzania, Esther is currently a Technical Director of the ECD Project (funded by CNHF) and has held various technical roles under PEPFAR-funded OVC programs. She brings expertise in the design, management, implementation, capacity development and monitoring/evaluation of community-based programs. Esther holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Tanzania and a Master’s in International Social Welfare and Health Policy (MIS) from Norway.
