JoAnn Theys

JoAnn Theys is a highly respected executive leader in international development with more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit financial and administrative management. Prior to executive consulting, JoAnn was the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration/CFO at Corus International. In this role, she was responsible for leadership of the finance and administration department, including oversight of general finance and accounting, international finance, information technology, grants and contracts and more. Additionally, she was the principal liaison to the Corus’ board finance and audit committees. In addition to Corus, JoAnn has worked for Jhpiego and FINCA International. She has extensive experience working for U.S.-based international NGOs, on both U.S. government-funded contracts and cooperative agreements, as well as with other government donors, private companies and foundations. She was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Maryland by Women We Admire in 2024 and 2022.
