Maggie Marshall

Maggie Marshall is a program manager at Pact, supporting a global portfolio of programs that strengthen civil society and media under the CSM-STAND LWA. Maggie provides management and technical assistance to project teams, leads engagement with consortium partners and supports thought leadership efforts in the democracy, rights and governance sector. Previously, she was a Program Officer for the Human Rights Support Mechanism at Freedom House, where she supported program implementation and business development. Maggie brings to Pact a background in political campaigns, government relations, policy advocacy and engagement with international organizations.
