Todd Kirkbride

Todd Kirkbride has spent over 25 years designing, facilitating and implementing public-private partnerships for development and promoting private-sector engagement in emerging markets for multinational corporations, international donors, foundations and non-profits. Todd recently led Land O’Lakes Venture37’s Strategic Growth and Partnerships team, using an integrated food systems approach to implement agriculture, livestock and climate resilience projects. Previously, he founded an independent consulting practice to advise public and private clients on how to maximize their organizations’ goals through a shared value and inclusive business approach. Todd is internationally recognized as a highly skilled partnership facilitator, leading trainings and coaching, organizational enhancement, market assessments and directing partnership platforms across industries such as renewable energy, agriculture, extractives, mobile technology solutions, tourism and manufacturing. Earlier in his career, Todd worked for USAID, Resonance, The Partnering Initiative, Technoserve and Chemonics. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. His career has taken him to over 40 countries while learning five languages.
