Prior to joining Pact, Aboubacar (Abou) held technical and management leadership positions in Mali including chief of party at Winrock for the USAID/Mali Girls Leadership & Empowerment through Education (GLEE) project, Deputy chief of party for USAID GLEE, program manager at Oxfam and program manager at Right to Play.
