Amy Power
Director, Programs Management
Amy Power is an international development specialist with over 20 years of experience managing development programs and strengthening the capacity of project staff and partner organizations. She has significant experience in managing complex programs across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Amy came to Pact from Mann Global Health (MGH), a public health consulting firm. Prior to that, Amy worked for Abt Associates leading program management and operations for the International Development Division. Also at Abt, Amy served as the Director of Country Programs for USAID’s SHOPS Plus Project, USAID's flagship initiative in private sector health. Amy managed 11 field programs with over 120 staff. Her background also includes time at Population Services International (PSI) and CARE International, serving in a variety of management roles, including 10 years living outside the U.S. Amy holds a master’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international affairs from Ohio University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
