Carlos Carrazana

Interim chief executive officer


Carlos Carrazana has more than 25 years of global management experience in the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer and executive vice president of Save the Children in Washington, D.C. In this role, Carlos was responsible for executing organizational strategy and providing leadership and direction for growth of the organization’s impact around the world. Before Save the Children, Carlos held executive leadership positions at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation and Abt Associates. He has also held senior positions at Deloitte, where he directed a social impact fund, and international financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase and PNC Bank. Carlos joined Pact in 2019.
