Caroline Brazill

Caroline Brazill is a senior officer on Pact’s governance team, where she provides technical support to a portfolio of civil society strengthening, local governance and peacebuilding programs. Previously, she worked on the Atrocities Prevention and Response program at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, where she supported a portfolio of partners focused on preventing and responding to systematic violence against civilians globally. Caroline has also worked with the International Rescue Committee in Kenya, and she has lived and studied in Rwanda and Tanzania. She holds an MA in conflict resolution from Georgetown University.
