Cristine Betters

Cristine Betters leads Pact’s new business efforts. An international development and public health specialist, she has spent her career at the nexus of business development, strategy, management and program leadership, working in 30 countries on five continents. Cristine came to Pact from Abt Associates, where she served as a managing director in the international division, overseeing a portfolio of more than $400 million.  Prior to that, she was the director of Africa programs at the Malaria Consortium, a country director at The International Rescue Committee, a program officer with a family foundation and held a number of international roles at Catholic Relief Services. She has lived and worked outside of the U.S. for 17 years and is fluent in French.
