Dmytro Mykhaylenko is a capacity development technical manager at Pact. He is a capacity development expert with a health and civic engagement background, and more than 15 years of experience in capacity development and project management. Dima has experience working with multisectoral programs strengthening collaboration among local CSOs, government entities and the private sector. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in organizational and technical capacity development and network and systems strengthening. Additionally, he manages Pact’s capacity solutions platform.
