Dr. Deogratias Kakiziba

Dr. Deogratias Kakiziba is chief of party for the Kizazi Kipya project in Tanzania. He holds a medical degree (MD) and a master of business administration (MBA). He has over 15 years of experience in managing service delivery and above-service level public health programs including HIV/AIDS, malaria and TB. Before joining Pact Tanzania, Dr. Deogratias worked for APHFTA - VMMC SAFE Project as the technical director. Before that he worked with John Snow Inc (JSI) AIDS Free /Epic Project as the chief of party. He was also the public health specialist at the U.S. Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR).
