Ebele Achor is Pact’s vice president of capacity development and innovation, bringing more than 23 years of experience designing and executing high-impact strategies, managing grant portfolios, and building partnerships across global and domestic ecosystems. A strategic philanthropy and social impact leader, she has a proven ability to deploy capital effectively, shape philanthropic initiatives, and mobilize diverse stakeholders, including funders, governments, civil society organizations, networks, and community partners to advance complex social outcomes. Known for translating vision into actionable strategies, stewarding resources with rigor, and leading teams with integrity, equity, and a strong learning orientation, Ebele works closely with senior leadership and boards to inform strategy, drive decision-making, and strengthen community-level impact. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology and a master’s degree in international management from the University of Liverpool.
