Ebele Achor
Vice President, Capacity Development & Innovation
Ebele Achor is Pact's vice president of capacity development and innovation, with more than 19 years of program management and capacity development experience across health, governance, livelihoods, partnership building, advocacy, key populations and integration of services. Ebele holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology as well as a master's in international management from the University of Liverpool. She brings a wealth of institutional experience and expertise in partnering with communities to improve outcomes and sustainability through strengthened capacity. Passionate about development, she has pioneered work with civil society organizations, networks and government systems and has contributed immensely to Pact’s capacity development agenda including tools and systems development.
