Emmanuel Lamptey
Deputy Director, Global Programs
Emmanuel Lamptey is Pact's deputy director of global programs, with over 14 years of senior program management and implementation experience. Emmanuel has worked and lived in Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Sudan, Kenya, Somalia and Liberia and has been an acting country director in three Pact country offices. He has worked on projects funded by USAID, DFID & FCO, the European Union, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Chevron, Visa, the American Cancer Society and the Hilton Foundation. Emmanuel brings a wealth of technical expertise in program management, capacity development, HIV and AIDS, maternal and child health and governance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Wooster, Ohio, and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University.
