Jennifer Mulik
Senior Director, ACHIEVE project
Jennifer Mulik, MA, MPH is the Project Director for USAID ACHIEVE (Adolescents & Children, HIV Incidence Reduction, Empowerment, Virus Elimination) at Pact. She has worked in the public and private sectors on HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, malaria treatment and prevention and supply chain systems for the last 25 years. As a thought leader in OVC and health systems improvement she contributes to Pact’s health and capacity development programming and innovations. Jennifer brings a great deal of experience in working with community-based organizations from her time in Zambia and Mozambique working on USG-funded projects.
