Kaylynn Palaio
Capacity Development Officer
Based in the United States, Kaylynn Palaio is a capacity development officer at Pact. A purpose-driven and energetic capacity development and project management professional, she is also an experienced facilitator with a passion for teaching and learning for social change, with long-term assignments in Latin America and short-term technical assistance in Southeast Asia and East Africa. Kaylynn has over 10 years of international experience supporting diverse programming including social entrepreneurship and financial inclusion, civil society strengthening, global health and human rights. She also brings experience working on programs implementing systems-based approaches to capacity development, including collective impact, as well as network strengthening, capacity assessments and diverse strengthening modalities (mentorship, training, exchange, virtual platforms).
