Kelland Stevenson

Kelland Stevenson brings more than three decades of experience as a development professional. He has held leadership positions in a variety of non-governmental organizations working in development, relief and post-conflict environments, logging 20-plus years in Africa prior to moving to Southeast Asia in 2005. Kelly led Save the Children Myanmar as country director from 2011 to 2016 and joined Pact from Plan Myanmar, where he served as country director for four years. Trained in holistic development, Kelly’s technical expertise and experience spans food security, natural resource management, education, health and nutrition, capacity building and civil society strengthening. Kelly has a track record of both growing and diversifying the funding base of portfolios under his management, securing awards from traditional and non-traditional funders as well as leveraging strategic investments to grow future revenue streams.
