MEL Advisor, ACHIEVE project
Kyaw Thura Tun is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Advisor of the ACHIEVE project, where he plays a vital role in influencing and shaping the project’s strategic information and MEL policies, resources, processes, and activities. With a focus on achieving measurable impact, he leads the provision of technical strategies, guidance, and capacity development to countries implementing the project in Africa. Additionally, he serves as the Point of Contact for ACHIEVE Rwanda.
Kyaw Thura Tun is an international development professional with 10+ years of experience specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) within the global health sector across Africa and Asia. He has expertise in applying innovative, locally adaptable solutions and leveraging emerging digital technologies to strengthen health and social service systems. He holds two graduate degrees in International Development, one from Lund University and another from the Graduate Institute of Geneva.
