Lauren Serpe
Technical Director, Learning, Evidence & Impact
Lauren Serpe is deputy technical director of the Global Learning, Evidence and Impact team at Pact. She is a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) specialist with expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, primarily applied in the democracy and governance field of international development. She is a champion of various complexity-aware and community-led participatory methods. She is currently the chair of the American Evaluation Association’s Democracy Rights and Governance Topical Interest Group. She has an MA in International Politics from American University in Washington, D.C.
