Lauren Serpe is a research specialist in the democracy and governance field with expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods. As the Results and Measurement Advisor for Pact’s governance, civil society and peacebuilding programs, she provides technical assistance across eight countries and 15 programs in Africa and Eurasia. Her support includes creating performance monitoring and evaluation plans (PMEPs), logical and results frameworks, trainings, and research design and analysis for baseline studies and midterm and endline evaluations. Ms. Serpe also leads revisions of Pact’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Modules and other handbooks on governance measurement tools. She has an MA in International Politics from American University in Washington, DC.
