Dr. Levina Kikoyo

Dr. Levina Kikoyo has served as director of the Pact-led ACHIEVE project since 2020. Before that she was deputy chief of pary for the Kizazi Kipya program, a USAID-funded, Pact-led OVC program that reached more than 1 million children. Prior to joining Pact, Levina held technical and management leadership positions in Tanzania including Deputy Program Director for FHI360’s Pamoja Tuwalee OVC program, child protection specialist for UNICEF, and Sub-Regional Manager for REPSSI East Africa.
