Country Director, Madagascar

Mirana Fanomezantsoa Rakotosamimanana is Pact's country director in Madagascar, a role she has held since 2015. She also served as chief of party of Pact's RISE project in Madagascar, which provided scholarships for youth. Mirana has expertise in a wide range of development programming, including health, economic strengthening, youth, the environment, child labor reduction and more.
